Hello Everyone! Today, I have this awesome tag to share with you. My dear friend Kathryn over at nosestuckinabookblog posted the 90’s Movie Book Tag last year. I had it saved on my draft for the longest time and finally decided to finish it!
Don’t forget to check out Kat’s amazing blog, show her some love, and give her a follow!
She’s All That
Name a book couple that is an odd pairing but they still fit perfectly
Sally Weber and Zander from the Starstruck series by S.E. Anderson. They’re so odd and quirky, but oh so perfect for each other. I really hope in the later novels they will finally admit how they feel about each other.
10 Things I Hate About You
A book/series that you have a love hate relationship with
The Selection Series by Kiera Cass. There were so many parts that frustrated and made me want to throw the book at someone (Ahem* America), but overall, I think I loved it more than hate.
Clueless
A character that is totally clueless but you love them anyway
I honestly cannot think of any at the moment. I’m totally clueless!!
Titanic
Name a book that made you cry
I cry VERY easily. I can be watching puppies running and playing around and get all teary eyed. That’s just me. Here are some books that made me ugly cry – The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks, A Messy, Beautiful Life by Sara Jade Alan, A Short History of the Girl Next Door by Jared Reck, A Walk to Remember by Nicholas Sparks and Hopeless by Colleen Hoover.
American Pie
A book that makes you laugh
The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer is actually pretty funny. Iko and Thorne made me laugh so much. There were definitely some serious parts, but I loved how the storyline also had plenty of humor.
Can’t Hardly Wait
A book with a crazy party
Coming up blank with this one. I can’t think of one that had a crazy party, but A Kiss in the Dark by Gina Ciocca had a social event with a lot of slushies, snow cones, and drinking.
Cruel Intentions
Name a character you can never fully trust
Dax, Halen’s Guardian, from The Siren Chronicles by Tiffany Duane. He’s supposed to be protecting her, but his motives didn’t seem innocent. There was always something off about him that I didn’t trust.
Drive Me Crazy
Name your favorite “boy next door” or “girl next door” couple
The first couple I can think of is Ben Collins and Macy Atwood from A Kiss in the Dark by Gina Ciocca since I just finished reading that book. They’re so cute too!
Scream
A book with a memorable villain
The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer. Queen Levana is so evil, heartless and creepy. Whenever I think of a book villain, she’s the first one that always pop up.
The Craft
Name a book with witches
The last two books I read with witches was Deadly Sweet by Lola Dodge and Hinder by Kristin Ping. You can read my review for those books by clicking the titles.

Yaaaassss another awesome 90s tag! Thanks girlfriend! And I definitely have a love hate thing for the selection too…I think the whole foundation of the story is kind of messed up – purposely pitting girls against one another to please a man. Maxon is sure lucky he’s a babe!

You’re welcome hun! Yeah I totally agree. If Maxon wasn’t totally adorable, I think I wouldn’t have liked it as much as I did.
