Can’t Wait March 2018 Releases

Hello wonderful bookish friends! I can’t believe it’s already March. I was feeling really good about this month, and then BAM! I got super sick. I had so much planned last weekend, but I was in bed the whole time with body aches and chills and a bad cough. Ughh it was absolutely terrible. I’m still feeling blah, but good enough to work so that’s where I am. Working. Anyway, I thought I’d talk about the books I’m really excited for this month. All these books sound so amazing and I just don’t know how in the world I’m going to read everything. For sure, I’ll be reading Restore Me by Tahereh Mafi as soon as I finish all the blog tours I signed up for. I need me some WARNER time!!! Okay, let’s take a look what else made my list!

Goodreads Monday

goodreadsmondaysHello loves!! Time for another Goodreads Monday which is a weekly meme by Lauren’s Page Turners’ blog!

To participate, just choose a random book from your Goodreads TBR and show it off. For this meme, I’ll be focusing on a random book that I don’t own (hardcopy or ebooks) on my Goodreads “want-to-read” page.

Geek girl Elle Wittimer lives and breathes Starfield, the classic science-fiction series she grew up watching with her late father. So when she sees a cosplay contest for a new Starfield movie, she has to enter. The prize? An invitation to the ExcelsiCon Cosplay Ball and a meet-and-greet with the actor slated to play Federation Prince Carmindor in the reboot. With savings from her gig at the Magic Pumpkin food truck and her dad’s old costume, Elle’s determined to win – unless her stepsisters get there first.

Teen actor Darien Freeman used to live for cons – before he was famous. Now they’re nothing but autographs and awkward meet-and-greets. Playing Carmindor is all he has ever wanted, but Starfield fandom has written him off as just another dumb heartthrob. As ExcelsiCon draws near, Darien feels more and more like a fake – until he meets a girl who shows him otherwise. But when she disappears at midnight, will he ever be able to find her again?

Part-romance, part-love letter to nerd culture, and all totally adorbs, Geekerella is a fairy tale for anyone who believes in the magic of fandom.

I’ve been really wanting to read this book for a long time. The synopsis sounds super cute, sweet and funny. I’m really hoping I can get to this soon.

Have you read this book? Did you love it or hate it? Let me know in the comments!

Have a lovely week everyone!
