WWW Wednesdays

wwwwednesday

Hey there fellow book lovers! Wishing I was home right now because it’s raining here in LA. There’s nothing better than reading in bed while it’s pouring rain. Anyway, time for another reading update. Since I missed WWW Wednesday last week, I’ll be including all the books I recently finished from March 7 until yesterday.

WWW Wednesday which is a weekly segment hosted by Taking on a World of Words.

Just answer these three questions:

  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What are you currently reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

Here are all the books I recently finished since March 7. First book I finished reading  was All the Wrong Chords by Christine Hurley Deriso. This book started off really great, but kind of frustrated me somewhere in the middle. However, the story ended on a high note and overall, it was an enjoyable read. As you may already know, I devoured Distorted Love by T.L. Smith. That book is so damn addictive and I cannot wait to get my hands on the sequel! If you want to know how I feel towards that book, read my REVIEW or just listen to Camila Cabello’s Never Be the Same. I also could not put down Our Dark Stars by Audrey Grey and Krystal Wade. Soooo AHHHMAAAZING! Distorted Love and Our Dark Stars actually made My Five Favorite Reads in 2018…so far. They both kept me on edge and had me completely hooked the entire time. Be sure to check out my Blog Tour Stop for Our Dark Stars this Friday, March 23 to read my full review. Lastly, I finished reading This Heart of Mine by C.C. Hunter. This book made me cry and my heart hurt so much. Some parts dragged and the ending was just okay, but I still really enjoyed the story. If a book can make me cry or teary eyed, then it definitely has done its job.

I’m currently reading Recovered by Jay Crownover. This is my first book from this author and so far I’m liking it. I’ve actually been meaning to read her books and even added a few on my TBR, but of course I haven’t gotten to them. I saw the opportunity to read the ARC for this and the synopsis sounded really interesting, so I just went for it. Plus, the cover is gorgeous. What is it with bad boys that always seems to get to me?

Next, I plan on reading these books. Ace of Shades by Amanda Foody , Fighting Fate by Shaila Patel, and Beach B!tch by Marika Ray.

What’s your WWW Wednesday? Have you read any of these books? Leave your comments and links to your post so I can check it out. Hope you have a great rest of the day.

  1. You should read The Marked Men series by Jay Crownover! Those were my first from that author and that’s how I fell in love with her … also, I was able to meet her a few times at different signings and she’s freaking hilarious and super fun!
