Hi everyone! Just wanted to say hello and do a little update so you don’t think I’ve forgotten about you. Anyway, as some of you may know, I’ve been planning and preparing for my mom’s 60th birthday party which will be taking place this Sunday, April 15. There were a few last minute changes and mishaps that I had to deal with the last couple of days so that’s why I haven’t been responding to anyone. Planning a party is fun, but also very time consuming and stressful. I have been working 8 hours a day and going home to do as much as I can for the party. It’s very tiring, but my mom only turns 60 once so it’s worth it!
I’ll definitely be responding and visiting all your wonderful blogs soon, but as for now, just know that I’m missing you all. I do have a few scheduled post here and there, but I think for the most part, I’ll be unavailable until sometime next week.
Well, got to get back to work. HAVE A FANTASTIC WEEK!!!!

Thank you!!! It wasn’t a surprise and it turned out really well considering we had some last minute changes since a few didn’t show up and they were part of the program. Was super crazy and stressed, but it was still fun. I’m glad it’s over though, so I can finally get back into my regular schedule LOL.

It’s always stressful planning events, but once it’s done and everyone has enjoyed themselves, you can give yourself a huge pat on the back … then go home and relax with a good book 🙂

Thank you! The party was great. Tiring because I was running around alot. We didn’t have a party planner. Just me and a few friends who helped out.
I am glad it’s over though. It was fun and I will have a post about it soon, but definitelly happy it’s over haha. I cannot wait to get back to my regular schedule and hideaway with a book. I have a few more other events, but I’m slowly getting into the groove of things.
