I almost drowned in the Bahamas when my family and I went snorkeling. My mom’s vest wasn’t inflated correctly and she panicked. She started pushing me down and it if wasn’t for the employees on the boat who grabbed her and pulled her out, I think I would have drowned.
I was very tomboyish when I was a little girl. All my cousins are boys so I wanted to do everything they did. I didn’t like wearing dresses and preferred to play outdoors with them.
I’m deathly afraid of spiders, but there was once a time when I played with them during my childhood. In the Philippines, I remember climbing trees and looking for spiders in curled leaves. The kids over there would put the spiders in matchboxes, keep them as pets, and have them battle each other. Now, even daddy long legs creep me out.
I have the strangest fear of whales. Ever since I watched Castaway with Tom Hanks and saw that scene where he’s face to face with the whale. It’s not extreme and I can watch movies and shows about whales. But just thinking about encountering one in real life totally makes me cringe and scares me.
I’ve failed my driving test 4 times and have been nervous and scared to drive ever since that one time I failed very baldy. I did get my permit again this year and hoping that the 5th time is the charm.
I can eat lemons like they’re oranges and tomatoes like apples. I actually don’t like eating oranges, but I do love orange juice.
One of my life goals is to write a book. Even if it never gets published and only my friends and family read it.
AND YOU OF COURSE!!
Hope you enjoyed reading this post! What are some interesting and fun facts about you? Share them in the comments below.
Have a wonderful day!
Hahaha.. I’ve played with spiders that way too. I think 99 % of the kids here played that. hahaha

I was a huge tomboy when I was little, too! And my daughter eats lemons like oranges. I love lemons… in my tea and water, but I couldn’t eat them by themselves!

I’m deathly afraid of spider too! But I’ve always been afraid of them. When I was younger, though, I used to like playing with snails. Now they creep me out and I get away from them as fast as possible. haha. Thanks for the nomination! 😀

You’re welcome hun! Awww I can see how snails can be creepy. I’m not really creeped out by them, but I do HATE it when I accidentally step on them. That crunching sound is just the worst. Just thinking about it makes me cringe haha. But thankfully, it’s only happend 2-3 times. haha

You’re welcome hun!
That’s so cool! I always came home dirty, sweaty, and with cuts and bruises. Now… you can’t even make me step on grass without wearing closed toe shoes haha.
