***An action-packed novella from Prince Lincoln’s point of view***

When it comes to fighting demons, Prince Lincoln is the greatest warrior in the history of his people, the thrax. Now Lincoln faces his hardest fight yet…and it’snot on a traditional battlefield.

Lincoln wants nothing more than to marry Myla Lewis, the part-demon girl who has captured his heart. However, an evil thrax noble—the powerful Earl of Acca—is prepared to do anything to stop Lincoln and Myla from having a future.

But Lincoln won’t give up on his Myla. Ever.

To fight Aldred, Lincoln works to create a different kind of marriage—an Alliance of the lesser thrax houses against Acca. Sadly, just as Lincoln starts to makes some progress, the nobles who’ve joined his Alliance begin to vanish. Is Aldred behind the disappearances, or is someone else vying for power? When Lincoln discovers the truth, it upends his entire world, threatening his future with Myla in ways no one could ever have imagined.

Top Ten Tuesday – Short Stories and Novellas I’ve Read

toptentuesday

Hello fellow book lovers! I hope you’re all having a great week so far and reading some awesome books. This week’s topic for Top Ten Tuesday is about short stories and novellas you’ve read and loved. I honestly don’t read too many of them and only read the ones that are related to other books/series. I guess I’m just not into short stories that much. So, here are 5 short stories/novellas I’ve read and really enjoyed.

Top Ten Tuesday, which was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and has been moved to That Artsy Reader Girl since January 16, 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

FINDING CINDERELLA (HOPELESS 2.5) BY COLLEEN HOOVER

Daniel and Six’s love story was short, sweet, and absolutely heartwarming. It’s about Holder and Sky’s best friends and I loved it just as much as Hopeless.

Unite Me (Shatter Me 1.5 and 2.5) by Tahareh Mafi

Destroy Me is told from Warner’s POV while Fracture Me is from Adam’s.  I love different POVs, so these two were really fun to read. I definitely enjoyed Warner’s perspective more than Adam’s cause I’m Team Warner all the way.

This was short and super adorable and swoony. I love reading epilogues and short stories about characters I’ve come to love. I mean who doesn’t enjoy getting little updates on their favorite stories/characters?!

I just finished reading Shameless King last week and really enjoyed it. I read the prequel first which was included in the ARC the author sent me. It’s a great introduction that left me curious, intrigued, and excited for the series.
