Good Evening Lovelies!! I had quite a busy weekend again which is why I almost forgot to do my Standalone Sundays. Yesterday, my boyfriend and I went to Disneyland and had a nice buffet dinner and today I had to do all my cleaning and laundry. I haven’t even caught up on any reading, but I now I’m finally almost done with my adulting duties. Just one more load of laundry… so while I wait, let me show you my pick for this week’s Standalone Sundays.

My disease is as rare as it is famous. Basically, I’m allergic to the world. I don’t leave my house, have not left my house in seventeen years. The only people I ever see are my mom and my nurse, Carla.

But then one day, a moving truck arrives next door. I look out my window, and I see him. He’s tall, lean and wearing all black—black T-shirt, black jeans, black sneakers, and a black knit cap that covers his hair completely. He catches me looking and stares at me. I stare right back. His name is Olly.

Maybe we can’t predict the future, but we can predict some things. For example, I am certainly going to fall in love with Olly. It’s almost certainly going to be a disaster.

I absolutely adore this beautiful story with all my heart! I devoured this in less than 10 hours and loved every moment. I was sooo into it that I literally could not stop reading. Oh and the cuteness level — completely amazing. Olly and Maddie are so adorable together and I totally shipped them! If you haven’t read this book, pick it up now! It’s sweet, swoony, and heartwarming! I laughed, I cried, and fell in love. Definitely recommend this book (and the movie too — it was actually pretty cute and enjoyable)!!!

I also met Nicole Yoon twice and she’s just an absolute sweetheart!!!

(Warning: It was brought to my attention that this book and movie has offended/hurt many disabled people.)
